The accommodation consists of a large lounge and formal dining area with gas coal effect fire, television, video recorder and music system.
The fully fitted kitchen / diner is well equipped with gas cooker, modern appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The utility room is an ideal area to leave dirty boots after a day out. It also houses an automatic washing machine and large fridge freezer.
Honeysuckle Cottage has the advantage of offering you that little bit extra - a sun lounge to sit and enjoy morning coffee and soak up the stunning views over woodland and open countryside; a games room gives entertainment for young and old alike; and that added bonus for parents - a children's snug with television and dvd player and a library of films. The ideal answer for a stress-free family holiday.
4 Bedrooms:Sleeping accommodation consists of two large double rooms, each with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, and two spacious twin rooms with fitted wardrobes.
The property has three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a family bathroom and separate shower room with W/C. The first floor has a shower room and W/C.
Linen:
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge along with a starter pack of washing powder, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths etc.
High chair, cot, stair gate and fireguard are available free on request.
Garden:
The garden, with it's mature shrubs, lawn and patio /outside dining area with garden furniture is fully enclosed and safe for children and pets to play in.
Arrival and Departure:
We ask you please not to arrive before 3.30pm and to vacate your cottage by 10am on change-over day; this is to allow us time to prepare your cottage to a high standard.
