The following are included free of charge during your stay:
A Welcome Pack of home baking, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and the local newspaper.
- All bed linen and towels
- Cot and High Chair
- Gas central heating and Electricity
At Christmas and New Year the property will be decorated and the welcome pack will include additional items.

We are open all year round and offer short breaks, if you require a taster of the area or a long weekend to recharge your batteries.
New for this season, the self catering accommodation sleeps ten comfortably and includes a large lounge and formal dining area with living flame gas fire. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and family dining table.
The well equipped sleeping accommodation consists of two large double rooms each with a king size bed and three spacious twin rooms.
A non returnable deposit of 30% of the rental is payable when booking. The balance is due six weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS, payable to Ian Galloway. Guests are advised to ensure that they have appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
Discounted rates may be available for lower occupancy.

Important: Security deposit
Any damage, breakage or spillage in your cottage should be reported so we can maintain the high standards our guests expect. Repairs or extra cleaning may incur an additional charge, which must be paid before departure.
Winter fuel supplement of £35 for week and £25 for short breaks.
Cleaning surcharge
When you arrive at our cottage you will see that the property is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. Upon departure the property must be left in the same condition as it was found. We have a housekeeper but they are not a slave - so please respect the property as your own and do not present us with the embarrassing situation of having to ask for a cleaning surcharge of up to £100. Please note this includes the barbecue.
